Romulo was president of the law school USP Christian Fellowship 2002-3, and is a leader in revival in the South Pacific. He reports in Mission News: Vanuatu on the move of the Spirit of God on the university in 2002. One result of that move is the transformed lives of lawyers now involved in Christian leadership and mission throughout the South Pacific.
